• Coaches Chick-fil-A Standards & Culture

• Coaches food safety and quality standards and positional excellence

• Creates consistency in daily operations, i.e. positive atmosphere, unified teamwork, organized environment, and fast and friendly service

• Assesses area’s business results

• Assesses cash management flow and accountability

• Solves operational hindrances to guest experience

• Must be able to work 25 hours a week with preferred 40 hours.

• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.

• Goes above and beyond in caring for guests (2nd Mile Service)

• Must be able to work various shifts a week.

• Follows Chick-fil-A Brand Standards

• Follows positional excellence expectations

• Follows and executes positional cleanliness and organizational safety standards

• Creates a genuine connection with guests

• Work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate menu knowledge and understand of ordering systems or willingness to learn ordering systems

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

• Bilingual is a plus

You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer skills.

Working Conditions include: Standing for the majority of shift. Working in and outside of the restaurant with weather gear provided.

Competitive Pay starting at $16 an hour for full-time/full availability; Along with a competitive pay-check, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. 

If your availability changes for a 90-day period, such as for a school schedule, etc., you may be subject to a wage decrease. However, the same is true if your availability opens up for more hours or days, such as during the summer when school is out of session. In other words, your availability and experience will greatly determine the pay you will be available to receive!
